Clinton Kincade has a diverse work experience starting from a SIGINT Analyst role in the United States Air Force in 2002 to their recent role as a Sourcing Recruiter in Stillwater Human Capital LLC in 2022. Clinton worked in various roles in the United States Air Force such as Information Operations/STO Planner, Program Manager, Joint Cyber Analysis Course Student, Senior Enlisted Leader, and Cyber Security Intelligence Analyst. Their role as First Sergeant involved establishing relationships with external organizations, developing enhanced support for personnel coping with burnout, and leading a nonprofit organization to nurture and develop morale for Airmen. Clinton also developed and instructed multiple organizational and leadership development courses and expanded outreach through virtual learning and development training.
Clinton Kincade started their higher education at the Community College of the Air Force in 2005, where they pursued Intelligence studies and technology until 2012. Clinton then moved on to Columbia Southern University and earned their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management between 2012 and 2019. In 2014-2015 Clinton joined the United States Navy-Joint Cyber Analysis Course (JCAC) and studied Computer Systems Analysis without obtaining a degree. In 2019 they enrolled at the Community College of the Air Force again to study Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General and completed the program in 2020. Additionally, they obtained Emotional Intelligence Level I&II certification from TalentSmart Emotional Intelligence in 2018 and Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2022.
