Brian Finlay

Brian Finlay is the President and CEO of The Stimson Center, overseeing all activities of the organization. Brian has experience in developing strategies, executing plans, and leading teams in various roles throughout their career, including Vice President, Managing Director, and Director of Nuclear Threat Reduction Campaign at Veterans for America. With a strong background in national security policy, Brian has also served as an Adjunct Lecturer at American University. Brian holds degrees in International Affairs and Political Science and Government from prestigious universities.
