Julian Mueller-Kaler currently serves as Director and Chief of Staff at the Stimson Center, overseeing the Strategic Foresight Hub and managing special projects while advising on strategy and supporting institutional advancement. Previously, Julian held various roles focused on research and policy analysis, including Deputy Director at the Stimson Center and Associate Research Fellow at the German Council on Foreign Relations, where topics of interest included global trends, transatlantic relations, and the implications of emerging technologies. Additional experience includes positions at the Atlantic Council, American-German Institute, and World Bank Group, with an academic background in European and Diplomatic Studies from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts from Zeppelin University.
