Jobin Thomas

Jobin Thomas has a diverse work experience in the development sector. Jobin most recently worked as an Associate Director - Monitoring & Evaluation at STIR Education starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Global Associate Head - Monitoring & Evaluation at the same organization from September 2022 to March 2023.

From October 2020 to August 2022, Jobin worked as a Consultant Economist, taking on highly impactful and challenging research projects related to vocational training, education, gender empowerment, healthcare, and other areas. Jobin applied their skills in quantitative economics and collaborated with esteemed organizations such as the National Skills Development Corporation, the World Bank, the Udaiti Foundation, and other distinguished institutions in the development sector.

Before that, they held roles as an Analyst at the National Skill Development Corporation from August 2017 to September 2020, as a Senior Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2016 to 2017, and as an Executive- Product Leadership at Nielsen from 2015 to 2016.

Jobin has also worked as a Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2015, as a Consultant at IL&FS Skills Development Corporation Limited from 2014 to 2015, and as a Research Associate at India Development Foundation from 2013 to 2014. Jobin Thomas has completed a Micromasters degree in Data, Economics, and Development Policy from MITx Courses. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Economics from Delhi School of Economics. Jobin also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics with Honors from Delhi College Of Arts and Commerce.
