Elisa Sanders

Elisa Sanders has a diverse and extensive work experience in recruiting and human resources. Elisa started their career as a Recruiting Analyst Intern at Express Employment Professionals and discovered their passion for recruiting. Elisa then worked as a Staffing Manager at CareerStaff Unlimited, where they specialized in recruiting healthcare professionals. Elisa also had experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Republic Airways, where they initially recruited flight attendants.

Elisa went on to work as a Corporate Recruiter at Kerauno, a fast-growing startup, and Axia Technology Partners, where they drove the recruiting strategy for IT services. Elisa then joined Lev and held multiple roles, including Senior Recruiter, Lead Technical Recruiter specializing in finding technical roles, and Senior Manager of HR Business Partner, where they worked as a strategic partner for leaders on various initiatives.

Currently, Elisa holds the position of Director of Talent at Stitch, a company focused on providing flexible and scalable tech solutions for marketers. Overall, Elisa's work experience showcases their expertise in recruiting, HR, and their ability to adapt to different industries and roles throughout their career.

Elisa Sanders attended Indiana University Bloomington from 2010 to 2015, majoring in Human Development and Family Studies. Elisa did not obtain a specific degree during this time. In addition to their education at Indiana University, Elisa obtained two certifications. In June 2020, they became a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) through SHRM. Elisa also obtained certification as a Certified Fierce Facilitator from Fierce Inc in September 2022.
