Zachary Horn

Zachary Horn is a seasoned UX researcher with extensive experience in product development and user experience. Currently serving as Principal UX Researcher at Stitch Fix since March 2020, Zachary previously held positions as Lead UX Researcher and as UX Research Lead at Facebook from April 2017 to March 2020. Zachary's prior experience includes managing quantitative psychology initiatives at Stitch Fix and serving as a Senior Scientist at Aptima, Inc., focusing on leadership and teamwork development. Zachary has also contributed to the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology as the Chair of the Electronic Communications Committee. Educational credentials include a PhD and MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from George Mason University, complemented by a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
