Abha Bajaj has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Most recently, they are working as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at STL Digital since 2022. Before that, they held various positions at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) starting from 2004. Their roles at TCS include Head of Global Marketing, Technology and Services business group, Program Head in Account Based Marketing, Head of Marketing & Communications for HiTech BU & Alliances and Technology Unit, and Marketing Head for the High Tech Industry Segment. Prior to TCS, Abha worked as a Business Analyst in the High Tech Industry Segment at TCS. Abha started their career at Contech Software Limited as a Senior Software Engineer from 1999 to 2002.
Abha Bajaj completed the Tata Group Executive Leadership Program in General Management at the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2021. In 2010-2011, they pursued an Executive Management Program in Marketing at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. Earlier, from 1992 to 1997, they attended Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.
