Jill Mesner

Jill Mesner is an accomplished construction management professional with extensive experience in project management across various companies, including St. Matthew's House, PBS Contractors, Merlin Entertainments Group, Hard Rock International, Acomb, Ostendorf & Associates, Manhattan Kraft Construction, and Quinco Electrical. As the Director of Construction Management at St. Matthew's House since July 2019, Jill has effectively managed high-profile projects, developed budgets, and coordinated with design teams and contractors to ensure project success. Jill's expertise includes preconstruction budgeting, contract negotiation, value engineering, and maintaining quality standards across all construction phases. Jill holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Florida and an A.A. in Business and Construction from Seminole State College of Florida.
