Joris Burger

Joris Burger is a Specialist in System Design (R&D) at Sto SE & Co. KGaA since April 2023. Previously, Joris held the position of PhD Researcher at Gramazio Kohler Research and NCCR Digital Fabrication at ETH Zurich from March 2019 to March 2023, following roles as a Graduate Student and Research Intern at the same institution. Initial experience includes serving as Assistant Project Leader in Services at Octatube and holding the position of Chairman at Praktijkvereniging BouT at TU Delft. Joris also contributed as a Committee Member at the Debut company day and gained early experience in sales and architecture internships, including at A&E Architecten. Joris holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Delft University of Technology, a Master of Science in Architecture & Building Engineering from the same university, and has studied at KTH Royal Institute of Technology and the Tokyo Institute of Technology.
