Brian Bill

Brian Bill joined Stockbridge in 2012 and serves as Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager for one of Core and Value Advisors’ (“CVA) separate accounts.

Prior to joining Stockbridge, Bill served as a Vice President for Morgan Stanley Real Estate Advisor, Inc., where he held asset management responsibilities for over $200 million of industrial properties, and for a $400 million self-storage company. During his tenure at Morgan Stanley, he underwrote and closed over $100 million of new industrial properties. Previously, Bill served as an accountant for Cargill, Inc.

Bill received a B.B.A. in Accounting from the Henry B. Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa.
