David Park

David Park joined Stockbridge in 2022 and serves as a Managing Director for the firm’s Platform Business, responsible for acquisitions, capital formation and portfolio strategy.

Prior to joining Stockbridge, Park served as Senior Vice President for the National Pension Service of Korea (“NPS”) New York Office, leading real estate investments in the Americas, including across core, value-added, opportunistic and credit strategies. Park was also responsible for investments in the One Vanderbilt and One Madison office developments in New York City.

Previously, Park held various investment roles at Lone Star Funds/Hudson and Fannie Mae.

Park received a B.S. in Applied Economics & Management from Cornell University and an M.S. in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University.
