Noel D. Javillonar

Noel D. Javillonar has been working in the professional world since 2000, when they began working as Talent Management Director- ILOG, Inc. for IBM. Noel then moved on to become an ILOG Global Talent Management/HR Business Partner for IBM until 2012. In 2012, they took on a volunteer role for Summer Search and then began working as a Principal for NDJConsulting in 2014. Noel is currently the Chief People Officer for Stockpile since 2019.

Noel D. Javillonar began their educational journey in 2006 when they became a PhD student in Organizational Psychology at the California School of Professional Psychology (Alliant International University). Noel then went on to obtain a Masters in Business Economics from the University of Asia and the Pacific with a focus on Marketing and Economics. Finally, they earned their BS in Business Economics from the University of the Philippines with a focus on Business/Managerial Economics.
