Radek Strnad

Radek Strnad has a strong background in technology and leadership roles, with experience spanning various industries.

Radek is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at StockStory since February 2021.

From September 2019 to February 2021, Radek worked as a Technical Lead Manager at ALICE Technologies Inc., where they played a key role in leveraging artificial intelligence for construction simulation and efficient building scheduling.

Prior to that, Radek served as a Tech Lead at CEAI, Inc. from July 2017 to August 2019, where they focused on applied machine learning and AI-driven enterprise products.

From June 2011 to July 2017, they owned and managed their own company, Mnya s.r.o., where they developed software and managed challenging big data projects.

Radek also worked as a System Architect at Gingerdash Ltd. from March 2015 to June 2017, designing scalable and high-availability architectures leveraging the AWS platform.

Radek was a Senior Java/Scala Programmer at claritize from April 2012 to June 2016, leading a team of programmers and optimizing existing algorithms for data integration systems.

Additionally, Radek has freelanced from September 2009 to June 2011, worked as a Junior Ruby on Rails Programmer at Calltracks from January 2007 to September 2009, and completed the Google Summer of Code in 2008 for implementing "Collation at database level in PostgreSQL" at Google.

Lastly, they served as a System Administrator at JiskraNET from July 2003 to August 2007, where they managed servers for an ISP.

Radek Strnad completed their education in Computer Science at Charles University. Radek earned a Bachelor's degree in General Computer Science, which they pursued from 2004 to 2009. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from Charles University, completing their studies in 2015.
