Kevin D. Burnett

Kevin Burnett is a partner and the Corporate Practice Group Chair at Stoel Rives LLP, located in Portland, OR, where Kevin represents private equity sponsors and strategic buyers in mergers and acquisitions, as well as acquisition finance. With extensive experience in various debt finance transactions for public and private companies, along with financial institutions and funds, Kevin specializes in asset-based facilities, mezzanine loans, venture debt, and equipment leasing. Prior to joining Stoel Rives LLP in May 2017, Kevin served as a partner at K&L Gates from October 2006 to April 2017 and as an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP from September 2000 to August 2006. Kevin earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, cum laude, from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and holds a BA in International Relations from Stanford University. Kevin also completed the Program Jean Monnet at École Polytechnique.
