Ashok Subedi

Ashok Subedi has a diverse work experience in the field of scientific research and development. Ashok started their career at Vega Pharmaceutical Company in 2012, where they worked as a Scientist/Analytical Development, performing QC analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products. In 2016, they joined the University of Alabama at Birmingham as a Graduate Student, focusing on bacterial vector expression and protein purification.

In 2018, Ashok joined Avanti Polar Lipids, Inc. as a Scientist/Analytical Development. During their time there, they developed LC and mass spectrometry methods to characterize lipids, small molecule metabolites, and other biomolecules. Ashok closely collaborated with other Technical Development teams to support raw material testing, process development, and degradant analysis.

In 2021, Ashok's career progressed further as they joined Moderna as a Scientist/Analytical Development. Their responsibilities included developing advanced analytical methodologies for mRNA and lipid nanoparticles.

Currently, Ashok Subedi is working at Stoke Therapeutics as a Scientist II. Their role involves LCMS method development and optimization for Oligonucleotides, LCMS method development and validation for lipid conjugates, and in vivo formulation of oligonucleotides and lipid conjugates.

Ashok Subedi has a strong educational background in the field of Chemistry. Ashok obtained a Master's degree in Chemistry from Tribhuvan University from 2010 to 2012. Following that, they pursued further studies and earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Chemistry from the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 2016 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Ashok Subedi has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge.
