Tracy comes to Stoltz with over 23 years of experience in marketing, business strategy, management consulting, and multiple aspects of the foodservice industry. During her 17-year tenure with J.R. Simplot Company, she worked her way up the ranks in product innovation, global operations and marketing. Taking a break from corporate life, Tracy found herself drawn to the nonprofit social enterprise, Create Common Good, where she was appointed CEO in 2015.
Being the CEO of a non-profit isn’t like running a company that makes widgets. It takes the perfect blend of creativity, strategy as well as hearty helpings of versatility, compassion, hustle and inspiration. More than a global executive, Tracy is a business and people leader, a mentor, and a community do-gooder committed to living and working with purpose. When she decided to join the team, they were sincerely humbled…and equally fist-pumping something like this and this.
Aside from emanating a perpetual glow of positive leadership mojo, Tracy generously serves as a member of the Boise Police Department Chief’s Community Advisory Panel. She also mentors a sixth-grade student at Jefferson Elementary, is a mentor of girls via envisionleadgrow.org, and volunteers with more organizations than they can count.
