Chris Colley

Chris Colley has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Chris is currently the Commercial Director at Stonbury since October 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Commercial Manager at Contract & Commercial Management from January 2016 to October 2023. From 2011 to 2015, they served as a Regional Director at Mears Group PLC. Before that, they worked as an Asset Investment Manager at Shoreline Housing Partnership in 2010 and as a Commercial Manager at Jarvis plc from 2009 to 2010. Chris also had experience as a Commercial Manager at Inspace plc from 2007 to 2008 and as a Regional Manager at Mears Group PLC from 2005 to 2007. Chris started their career as an Area Manager at Connaught plc in 2004 and as a Director at Geberit Syphonics (CSP) Ltd from 2001 to 2003. Chris began their career as a Contracts Director at IMS (Office Fitting & Design) Ltd in 1995.

Chris Colley has a Postgraduate Diploma with Distinction in Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management from Oxford Brookes University. Prior to that, they attended Huddersfield Polytechnic from 1982 to 1985, where they obtained a HND in Building with a focus on Architectural and Building Sciences/Technology. In addition to their formal education, Chris also holds certifications such as the CSCS - Manager black card holder from the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) and an NVQ level 7 Diploma in Construction Senior Management from NOCN.
