Shannon Heafey

Shannon Heafey serves as the General Manager of The Chinese Tea House and Stoneacre Events at Stoneacre Hospitality Group since June 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Project Manager of New Concepts at Feast & Fettle from February 2023 to April 2023, and as Restaurant Manager at Castle Hill Inn - Relais & Chateaux from April 2022 to February 2023. Notable achievements include significant revenue generation in catering sales during tenure at Delaware North - TD Garden Sport Service, with roles progressing from Catering Sales Assistant to Senior Catering Sales Manager. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Hospitality Administration/Management and Meeting and Event Planning from Nichols College.
