Jon Nelson

Jon Nelson has a diverse work experience in the transportation and logistics industry. Jon is currently the Director of Business Systems at StoneArch Logistics, LLC. Prior to this, they worked at C.H. Robinson in various roles. Jon was a Manager of Automation Solutions, where they automated global solutions through Power Platform and developed OCR solutions. Jon also managed real-time tracking and monitoring of cargo. Jon served as the Manager of Regional BPO - Global Forwarding, where they oversaw business process outsourcing. In the role of Project Manager - Corporate Global Forwarding Operations, Jon worked closely with global branch offices to improve standard operating procedures and implemented business solutions. Jon also facilitated the implementation of new corporate acquisitions and branch openings. As a Business Technology Specialist - Global Forwarding, Jon was responsible for the international transportation business line. Jon led meetings with branch representatives and conducted release note training for global offices. In their earlier role as an International Business Analyst, they provided training, user support, and system recommendations, as well as facilitated user acceptance testing and branch on-boarding.

Jon Nelson completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Scientific and Technical Communications from the University of Minnesota in 2006.
