Bruce Bagwell

Bruce Bagwell is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in executive search and recruitment. Currently serving as Managing Director at Stonebridge Search since July 2019, Bruce leads efforts in providing executive search services to the financial advisory and accounting sectors nationwide. Prior to this role, Bruce was a Partner at Search Plus Texas from March 2007 to April 2020, focusing on recruiting mid to senior-level executives and business development. Bruce's background includes positions such as Partner/Executive Recruiter at InterSource, Inc., Professional Employers Consultant at Strategic Outsourcing, and President & Founder of AllSource Consulting Services. Earlier in their career, Bruce gained valuable experience in consulting and business development at Xerox Computer Services & Software Solutions, as well as in senior roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and Bank of America. Bruce holds a BS degree in Business with a concentration in Banking & Finance from Jacksonville State University.
