Roger Kimes has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Roger is currently the Head of Global Manufacturing Engineering and Operational Excellence at Stoneridge since November 2020. Prior to that, they were the Global Chief Manufacturing Engineer at BorgWarner Inc. from October to November 2020. Before joining BorgWarner, Roger held the position of Global Chief Manufacturing Engineer at Delphi Technologies from 2015 to October 2020. Roger also had a long tenure at Delphi, where they served as Business Development Director from 2012 to 2015, Product Line Director from 2008 to 2012, and Chief Engineer from 1999 to 2008. Roger began their career at General Motors in 1985, where they worked in various engineering and operations positions until 1999.
Roger Kimes has a Master's degree in Business & Operations Management from Kettering University. Roger also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Western Michigan University. Additionally, they have completed the Executive Leadership in International Business program from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. In 2004, Roger obtained the Shainin Rolling Top 5 Executive Certification from Shainin - The Red X Company.
