Susan B.

Susan B. currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Assistant General Counsel for Labor & Employment at Stoneridge, a position held since November 2017. In addition to their current role, Susan has served as Interim CHRO and Director of Legal at Stoneridge. From November 2019 to November 2023, Susan was a Member of the Board of Directors at Unique Fabricating. Earlier experience includes Corporate Counsel at Guardian Industries from December 2012 to October 2017, Student Attorney at the Family Law Assistance Project, and Judicial Extern at the United States District Court - Eastern District of Michigan. Additionally, Susan worked as a Program Coordinator at Catholic Social Services of Oakland County and as a Production Craft Manager at Chrysler. Susan holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Cooley Law School, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Detroit Mercy, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from The Ohio State University.
