Dan Fuchs

Daniel Fuchs is an experienced executive in the real estate finance sector, currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Development at StoneRiver Company since February 2024. Prior to this role, Daniel held various leadership positions at Aspen Heights Partners from June 2009 to February 2024, including Chief Investment Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Vice President of Finance. Daniel's earlier career included a role as Senior Associate at Robert Charles Lesser and Company, LLC (2006-2007) and Research Manager at Hanley Wood Market Intelligence (2004-2006). Daniel holds an MBA in Real Estate Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a BA in Management/Economics from Gettysburg College.
