Ilona Smith

Ilona Smith is a seasoned professional in diversity and client management, currently serving as the Diversity Champions Manager at Stonewall since March 2017. In this role, Ilona leads a team of Client Account Managers, focusing on driving long-term changes in workplaces and enhancing revenue to support LGBTQ+ advocacy. Previously, as a Client Account Manager at Stonewall, Ilona specialized in the Insurance and FinTech sectors and managed a diverse portfolio of clients. Prior experience includes roles in event sales and management at Novus Leisure and Coya London, as well as various positions in the restaurant industry. Ilona holds a Master's degree in Religion/Religious Studies from Jagiellonian University.
