Klara Wertheim

Klara Wertheim is an experienced professional in global program management, currently serving as the Head of Global Programmes at Stonewall since January 2021. In this role, Klara leads initiatives aimed at supporting LGBTQ+ communities worldwide, focusing on issues such as hate crime and refugee assistance while collaborating with Grants and Fundraising teams to secure project funding. Previously, Klara managed hate crime programs at Stonewall and has held various positions at Leonard Cheshire and NSPCC, including Programme Designer, Grant Manager, and Innovation Development Manager. Klara's educational background includes an MSc in International Development from Birkbeck, University of London, and a BA in Russian and French from The University of Manchester.
