Yasmin Benoit is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in research, public speaking, writing, fashion modeling, and script consulting. Currently serving as a researcher at Stonewall, Yasmin launched the UK's first asexual rights initiative, the Stonewall x Yasmin Benoit Ace Project, focusing on asexual discrimination in various sectors. As a public speaker with Champions UK plc, Yasmin has delivered keynote speeches and workshops for esteemed organizations and events, including TEDx and the House of Commons. Freelance writing contributions span prominent publications such as Cosmopolitan and British Vogue, along with an essay in a Penguin anthology. Yasmin's modeling career includes campaigns for notable brands and participation in London Fashion Week. Recent work as a script consultant for Netflix involved creating an asexual character for the series Sex Education. A former guest presenter for BBC Sounds, Yasmin holds an MSc in Crime Science from UCL and a BSc in Sociology from St. Mary's University.
