Simon Garing

Simon Garing is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in real estate investment and research. Currently serving as the CEO and Executive Director of Stoneweg European REIT since September 2018, Simon has led the organization in establishing a diversified Pan-European portfolio of income-producing real estate assets. Prior to this role, Simon held key positions including Executive Manager - Chief Capital Officer at Cromwell Property Group, where Simon managed capital markets and fundraising initiatives, and Deputy Director of Research- Asia Pacific at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, overseeing investment ratings for over 1200 companies. Simon’s career began in real estate research, with significant roles at UBS, Merrill Lynch, and BZW, and Simon earned a Bachelor of Commerce with double majors in accounting and finance from UNSW.
