Rose Cardin has extensive work experience in the medical field. Rose started working as a nurse at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in July 1985 and worked there until August 1986. Rose then joined the State University of New York at Stony Brook in August 1986 as a Nurse Administrator for Cancer Services. Rose has been working there ever since. In January 2014, Rose Cardin also took on a role as the Director of Patient Education at Stony Brook Medicine.
Rose Cardin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Molloy University from 1981 to 1985. Rose then pursued a Master's degree in Adult Health Nurse/Nursing at Stony Brook University from 1999 to 2003.
