Jennifer Donnelly

Jennifer Donnelly is an experienced HR professional and consultant with a robust background in human resources, law, and employee relations. Currently serving as the Interim HR Leader at Stony Brook University since January 2024, Jennifer has been a consultant at Segal since September 2014. Previous roles include Vice President at Sibson Consulting (2014-2019), Executive Vice President at Exclcor Consulting (2011-2014), Associate Vice President of Human Resources at the University at Buffalo (2007-2011), and Director of Employee Relations at the University at Buffalo (1999-2007). Jennifer also practiced as an attorney at Cohen & Lombardo, P.C. from 1998 to 1999. Jennifer holds a JD from the University at Buffalo School of Law, obtained between 1994 and 1997.
