Kristi Henderson

Kristi Henderson, MBA, currently serves as the Chief of Staff and Associate Provost for Strategy and Communications at Stony Brook University, where responsibilities include advising the provost, managing issues across academic affairs, and executing the communications agenda. Prior to this position, Kristi held roles at the University of Connecticut and the University of Kansas, serving as Chief of Staff and overseeing strategic communications, project management, and internal/external liaison duties. Kristi's earlier experience includes editorial positions at Ogden Publications, The World Company, and Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Kristi holds an MBA from the University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the same institution.
