Agnieszka Casthelat

Agnieszka Casthelat is an experienced sourcing and procurement professional with a strong background in strategic sourcing leadership and operations management. Currently serving as a Sourcing Manager at Stora Enso and an Independent Consultant since 2018, Agnieszka has previously held key positions at Avon, including Head of Strategic Sourcing EMEA and Global Senior Strategic Sourcing Leader, managing significant budgets and supplier relationships across various regions. Earlier roles at Unilever included Senior Supply Chain Manager and Customer Development Manager, where Agnieszka focused on demand and supply planning, inventory management, and category development. Agnieszka holds a Master’s degree in Management and Marketing from Poznan University of Economics and Business and has completed postgraduate studies in Purchasing and Procurement at SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
