Johanna P.

Johanna P. has extensive work experience in human resources, primarily within the packaging and paper industry.

- From 2018 to the present, they have held the role of VP, People & Culture at Stora Enso, where they focus on people ethics, human rights, diversity, equity and inclusion, employee engagement, wellbeing, and compliance topics. Johanna is also involved in HR transformation.

- Prior to this, from 2015 to 2019, Johanna served as the SVP Human Resources Division Packaging Solutions at Stora Enso Oyj. In this role, they developed innovative packaging solutions and oversaw operations in eight countries.

- From 2011 to 2015, they held the position of Vice President in HR Business Unit Packaging Solutions and HR Business Unit Packaging Products at Stora Enso. In these roles, they were responsible for compensation and benefits, recruitment, project coordination, and various HR initiatives across multiple mills in Europe, Russia, US, China, and India.

- From 2008 to 2010, Johanna worked as the HRD Manager at HR Finland within Stora Enso, where they focused on HR development activities.

- Finally, from 2004 to 2007, they served as the HRD Manager at Stora Enso Packaging Oy, overseeing HRD actions, budgeting, recruitment, vocational institute cooperation, occupational well-being, and HR strategy across four plants in Finland.

Johanna P. obtained a degree in Sports Studies from the Finnish Sports Institute from 1993 to 1996. Subsequently, from 1996 to 2001, they pursued a Master's degree in Education from the University of Helsinki.
