Nina Norjama

Nina Norjama has extensive experience in sustainability, social responsibility, and human rights within the corporate sector. Currently serving as Head of Value Chain Sustainability, Ethics and Compliance at Stora Enso since April 2024, Nina previously held the position of Head of Human Rights at Neste from April 2021 to March 2024, focusing on human rights due diligence and positive impacts in the value chain. Prior roles at UPM included Director of Social Responsibility and Director of Responsibility Development, where Nina emphasized human rights, responsible sourcing, and social responsibility. With a strong foundation in environmental analysis from earlier positions at UPM-Kymmene and the Finnish Forest Association, Nina holds a Master of Science in Forest Products Marketing from the University of Helsinki and also studied at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
