Shannon James

Shannon James is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Storable since August 2018, Shannon guides HR operations while consulting with C-level executives on talent management and people operations strategies. Prior roles include HR Manager at NC State University, where strategic plan implementation and oversight of payroll for over 400 employees were key responsibilities, and various positions at North Carolina State University focusing on compliance, employee relations, and recruitment. Shannon's earlier experience at IBM included developing recruiting strategies and ensuring compliance with regulations.
