Timothy Greco

Timothy Greco, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Financial Planning and Analytics at Storage Asset Management since August 2023. Prior to this role, Timothy worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Life Storage from June 2022 to August 2023 and held the position of Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at Pegula Sports and Entertainment for a brief period in early 2022. Timothy has a background in revenue management as a Revenue Management Analyst at Life Storage from September 2019 to January 2022 and gained extensive experience at Delaware North as a Senior Financial Analyst and Associate Financial Analyst from February 2015 to September 2019, where responsibilities included analyzing gaming and entertainment operations. Earlier roles included coaching at Nardin Academy and various internships focusing on financial analysis and marketing analytics. Timothy holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University at Buffalo.
