Edena Gotman

Edena Gotman has extensive experience in leadership, customer service, and operational efficiency, currently serving as a Team Leader at StorageVault Canada Inc. and MoveBuddy since 2018 and 2024, respectively. In these roles, Edena successfully enhances team performance and client experiences by connecting customers with reliable service providers. Past roles include being an Administrative Assistant and Route Accountant, where workflows were improved for efficiency, and a Dispatcher with a perfect response rate for requests. Edena also owns and directs Thistle Images Photography, overseeing all aspects of photography and marketing. Experience at Transcom included quality analysis and customer service, and prior to that, positions at Yujo Martial Arts showcased growth from instructor to Program Coordinator. Edena holds an Associate’s Degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from Georgian College.
