Rafael Candas

Rafael Candas has a diverse work experience in the customer service industry. Rafael is currently serving as the Vice President of Call Center Operations at Store Space Self Storage since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Charter Communications for six years, holding the positions of Director of Inbound Sales. Rafael also has experience as the Head of Customer Service at DHL Same Day and as the Manager of Technical Support at Cablevision. Additionally, they have held managerial roles at Comcast, Asurion, and T-Mobile, where they oversaw large teams and implemented effective strategies to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Rafael Candas attended Robbins - Madanes Training in 2018, where they obtained a degree in Strategic Intervention - Life Coach. Prior to that, they attended Centro de Estudios Technologicos y Universitarios, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Rafael also obtained a certification in Texas Department of Insurance General Lines Agent Property & Casualty Licensure from Centro de Estudios Technologicos y Universitarios.
