Jessica Veraeus Hammar

Jessica Veraeus Hammar is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer and Senior Legal Counsel at Storebrand Fonder since November 2020, Jessica also holds the position of General Counsel and Head of Project International Expansion at Storebrand Asset Management AS, along with being a member of the Board of Directors for Storebrand SICAV in Luxembourg. Previous positions include CEO of SPP Spar AB, Head of Legal and Compliance at Pareto Securities AB, and General Counsel at The Öhman Group. Jessica began their legal career as a Law Clerk at Helsingborg District Court and worked as a Senior Associate at Advokatfirman Vinge KB. Jessica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and a Master's Degree in Law from Lund University.
