Jan Erik Saugestad

Jan Erik Saugestad is the EVP of Asset Management at Storebrand. Jan has over 25 years of experience in the financial sector. Jan started their career at McKinsey & Company as a fellow before moving on to Nordea Markets where they were head of equity research. In 1995, they became a partner at Marsoft Inc. and then in 1997 they transitioned to Handelsbanken Capital Markets as the sector head of oil, oil service, and shipping. In 1999, they joined Storebrand where they have been ever since.

Jan Erik Saugestad has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from INSEAD and a Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical and Communication Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
