Mark Zammit has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Mark currently holds the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at StoreConnect since July 2023. Prior to that, Mark worked at Playbill Pty Ltd, where they held multiple roles including General Manager Business Operations & IT from June 2021 to July 2023, Group Head Of Technology from February 2018 to November 2021, and Business Solutions Manager from June 2015 to February 2018. Before that, they worked at Specialty Fashion Group as a Senior Technical Analyst from February 2015 to July 2015, Technical Business Analyst from June 2013 to February 2015, Software Developer / Database Analyst from September 2011 to June 2013, 2nd/3rd Level Helpdesk Support from June 2010 to September 2011, and 1st Level Helpdesk Support from August 2009 to June 2010. Mark also worked as an Integration/Business Analyst (Contract Consultant) at JT Digital | Digital Marketing Specialists from April 2014 to November 2014.

Mark Zammit completed a Graduate Certificate in Information Technology at UNSW from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) from UNSW, with a major in Philosophy and a minor in Psychology, which they completed from 2006 to 2012. Mark also obtained an Information Technology Certificate II from TAFE NSW in 2006.
