Steve Brayton

Steve Brayton has an extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Starting in 1990, they worked as an AP Representative at Hastings-Tapley Insurance Agency for two years. From 1992 to 1995, they served as a Senior Accountant at Symmetrix, Inc. Steve then worked as a Controller at Diablo Communications from 1995 to 1997. From 1997 to 2002, Brayton held the position of Director of Finance at American Tower Corporation. Subsequently, they worked as the Controller at The Alaris Group from 2003 to 2005 and as a Finance Manager at Parsons from 2005 to 2007. In 2008, they started their own company, Servium Holdings, LLC, where they provided legal services for the banking industry until 2013. That year, they also established Brayton Professional Services. Brayton joined Modus in 2006 as the Director of Finance and remained in that position until May 2023. Currently, they hold the role of VP of Finance at Stored Technology Solutions Inc, starting in October 2023.

Steve Brayton attended the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York from 1986 to 1990. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
