Dominykas Keršys

Dominykas Keršys started their work experience in 2019 as a Technical Support Technician at Western Union, where they provided 1st and 2nd level application support services for WU Agents and Partners. Dominykas actively participated in deployments and fulfilled configurational requests for WU money transfer applications. In December 2020, they were promoted to Senior Technical Support Technician and continued in this role until August 2021.

In August 2021, Dominykas joined StormGeo as a Data Technician, and they are currently still working in this position.

Dominykas Keršys attended CodeAcademy from 2018 to 2019, where they studied computer programming. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Empathy for Customer Service Professionals" and "Introducing Robotic Process Automation" from LinkedIn in November 2020.
