Chad Yeager

Chad Yeager RN, MSN is an experienced healthcare leader currently serving as the Vice President of Quality and Population Health at Stormont Vail Health since January 2017, overseeing critical areas such as quality improvement, infection prevention, clinical analytics, and patient safety. With prior roles including Vice President of Clinical Quality and Administrative Director of Performance Improvement and Quality, Chad has demonstrated a strong commitment to enhancing clinical documentation, utilization review, and population health initiatives. Previous experience includes directing Lean initiatives at The University of Kansas Health System and holding various nursing and management positions at St. Francis Health Center and The University of Kansas Hospital. Chad holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from The University of Kansas and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Johnson County Community College, in addition to a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from The University of Kansas.
