Laurie Rueschhoff

Laurie Rueschhoff's work experience spans several organizations and roles. Laurie started their career as a Senior Analyst at Payless ShoeSource in 2002 and then went on to become the Manager of Compensation at Collective Brands, Inc. in 2007. In 2012, Laurie joined Payless ShoeSource again, this time as the Sr. Manager of Benefits, and later became the Director of Total Rewards. In 2018, they transitioned to the Kansas Public Employees Retirement System as the KPERS 457 Deferred Compensation Plan Officer. Laurie's most recent position was at Stormont Vail Health, where they served as the Director of Benefits and Wellness before being promoted to System Director of Compensation, Benefits, and Wellness in 2021. Laurie Rueschhoff earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mathematics from Washburn University from 1996 to 2000. Laurie then pursued an MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Kansas - Graduate School of Business from 2000 to 2002.
