Norman has worked in the information technology field for over 30 years in various roles as a hardware engineer, software engineer, solution architect, and technology leader in both engineering and sales-type positions. Norman started his career in the US Air Force, where he spent 9 years serving at US and overseas locations. He transitioned to the civilian world working for Lockheed Martin for 8 years and then on to the commercial space with various companies; including EMC, XIO, VERITAS Software, Pillar Data Systems, IBM, Tegile, Tintri, Kaminario/Silk, and now StorONE. His expertise in hardware, software and networking in diverse IT environments has been a highly desirable skillset sought by his customers and past employers alike.
