Josephine Droney, MSN, RN has been working in the healthcare field since 2017. Josephine began their career as a Registered Nurse Resident at Cleveland Clinic in 2017, followed by a role as a Registered Nurse in the 2NW Cardiovascular Surgery Intensive Care Unit at MedStar Washington Hospital Center in 2018. In 2019, they transitioned to the American College of Cardiology, where they held the roles of Strategic Program Manager, Global Innovation and Clinical Transformation and Clinical Quality Advisor. Most recently, in 2021, they began working for Story Health as a Clinical Coaching Operations Lead and Specialist, Patient Experience.
Josephine Droney, MSN, RN, completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rutgers University - Camden in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Villanova University in 2013. In 2021, they earned a Master of Science in Nursing from Drexel University's College of Nursing and Health Professions, with a focus in Risk Management and Quality. Additionally, they hold a certification in The Business of Health Care Specialization from the University of Pennsylvania, obtained in April 2021.
