Andy Bell

Andy Bell has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Andy currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Story Homes, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Head of Human Resources at Story Homes from December 2019 to March 2022. Before joining Story Homes, Andy worked at Gentoo Group Limited, where they held various positions including Head of Human Resources from March 2016 to February 2019. Andy also held roles as Assistant Human Resources Manager and Senior HR Advisor at Gentoo Group Limited. Before their time at Gentoo, Andy worked as a Senior HR Advisor at Northern Deanery, NHS from August 2005 to June 2008. Andy began their career as an HR Assistant at the Commission for Social Care Inspection in 2002.

Andy Bell attended St Robert of Newminster from 1992 to 1999 for their secondary education. Andy then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (hons) degree in Business and Human Resource Management at the University of Sunderland from 2002 to 2005. In 2012, they enrolled in the University of Northumbria, where they completed a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management and Development in 2014.
