Richard Swann

Richard Swann is an experienced Planning Manager currently working at Story Homes since October 2020. Previously, Richard served as a Senior Planning Consultant at Barton Willmore from March 2018 to October 2020 and held roles as both Principal Planning Consultant and Planning Consultant at Cundall from January 2011 to February 2018. Richard began a career in planning at Sanderson Weatherall in Newcastle as a Planning Consultant from May 2007 to May 2008. Academically, Richard earned a BA (Hons) in Town Planning from Newcastle University between 2004 and 2007, followed by a Diploma in Planning and Regeneration from the same institution from 2007 to 2009. Early education was completed at The Manchester Grammar School from 1997 to 2004.
