Samuel Snopko

Samuel Snopko has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Samuel is currently working at Storyblok as the Head of Product since January 2023. Prior to this, they were the Head of Developer Relations at the same company from January 2020 to January 2023.

Before joining Storyblok, Samuel worked as a Freelance Web Developer, taking up various projects and experiments from January 2017 to March 2020. Samuel also worked as a Senior Frontend Developer at tset from November 2019 to December 2019 and at STRG. from September 2019 to October 2019.

In addition, Samuel has experience as a Frontend Knight & DesignOps at WONDROUS – Digital Experience Company from November 2014 to May 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Gratex International as a Software Developer from February 2013 to March 2014 and as a Software Analyst from November 2010 to February 2013. Samuel also had a role as a Business Software Analyst at Gratex International AUST Pty Ltd from November 2012 to February 2013.

Samuel's career began with an internship as a Web Developer at IBM from July 2010 to October 2010.

Samuel Snopko pursued their education at the Slovenská technická univerzita v Bratislave. From 2007 to 2010, they earned a Bachelor university degree in Computer and Information Technology with a focus on Informatics. Samuel then went on to obtain a Master university degree in Computer and Information Technology, specializing in Software Engineering, from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their academic achievements, Samuel Snopko also obtained certifications in MongoDB for DBAs (MongoDB 2.4) from MongoDB, Inc in September 2013 and MongoDB for Java Developers from 10gen, The MongoDB Company in July 2013.
