Jake Estes has a diverse work experience beginning in 2011 when they worked as a Field Archaeologist for Archaeological Consultants of the Pacific. In 2013, they moved to adidas group as a Talent Acquisition. In 2014, they joined Airbnb where they held various roles such as Market Manager - Professional Hosting, Strategic Partnerships Manager - Online Experiences, Strategic Partnerships Manager - Airbnb for Work, Account Executive - Higher Education, Professional Services and Customer Experience Specialist. In 2022, they moved to Storyboard as a Strategic Partnerships Lead.

Jake Estes has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication and Media Studies from Portland State University and has attended Western Oregon University.
